Kid working was friendly. Tried to call after checkin to get towels, no answer. Price was ok.
facility is worn out. Dead bug guts on back of bathroom door.

Absolutley horrid experience. The shower was gross, dead bugs everywhere-a lovely touch. And let's not forget the ice machine that didn't work, just adorable. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but then, where was my complimentary upgrade? A serious oversight.

Toilet stool didn't flush properly and door key wouldn't work properly. Had to use key 7-8 times before door would open.

We enjoyed a clean quadruple room, and the kids loved the cable TV . The Shamrock Golf Club nearby also made for a fun outing for the whole family, keeping everyone entertained.
My kids wished there was a better breakfast selection for families.

the desk clerk was the best. polite, knowledgeable, competent.
shower curtain too close. needs to me moved out or a curved rod. curtain on body the whole shower.

The staff was really helpful and the place was clean. Its location was quiet and comfortable, in the middle of jackson, and in a really quiet area. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to Pioneer West Museum👌

We had a great time in this budget hotel in Shamrock. We really enjoyed reasonably spacious and updated room with a double bed. The location seemed quiet and convenient in the middle of jackson. It was also short walk to Bloomington, IL.
